Forms
In addition to any fees, any delegate and/or advisor who wishes to attend LMMUNC should fill out the following forms. It is asked y that these forms be completed by December 8th. If this deadline is not met, please reach out to LMMUN so you can still attend the conference. These forms do not include any that your school requires for field trips. Please view up-to-date forms and waivers here.
Payments
All payments should be made in the form of cash or a check made out to Lower Merion High School, not LMMUN. Any envelopes that are delayed due to postage issues will not be subject to additional fees.

Refunds
There is a full refund on delegate fees. However, if you need to withdraw any or all of your delegates, and you inform us in writing by October 1st, you will receive a $20 per delegate refund. After this date, there will be no refunds provided.
