About Model UN

What is Model United Nations?

Model United Nations (Model UN) is an academic simulation where students act as delegates, representing countries or individuals to address global issues. In General Assembly (GA) committees, participants debate topics like human rights or climate change, crafting detailed resolutions through collaboration. Joint Crisis Committees (JCC), on the other hand, are fast-paced and dynamic, simulating evolving scenarios that require quick thinking and real-time decision-making. Model UN helps students develop skills in public speaking, negotiation, and problem-solving while gaining insight into international relations and diplomacy.
